Leaving To Learn
Whether it's in our own vast backyard or miles away we have discovered that our students learn best when they are exposed to real-world learning. That means engaging with experts and mentors in different jobs and fields outside of our classrooms. it also means getting out into the community and nature.

We go on frequent Leaving To Learns (LTLs) that are based on what we are learning as an advisory, school or individual students' interests. This creates a much more comprehensive understanding of what our students are learning and engages them more than in traditional school settings.

Many of our senior students go out on internships each week. These internships align with their interests and begin to form pathways and experiences for their post-school lives.

At the end of the day, everything we learn in school is meant to prepare us for life after it, so why not experience it from the beginning?
